14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you are a new subscriber and ValueSpace AI is not the right fit for your business, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription — minus the cost of any AI-Assisted Conversations already used during that period.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- First-Time Subscribers Only: The guarantee applies exclusively to your first paid subscription. It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or any subsequent billing cycles.
- 14-Day Window: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment date.
- Written Request: You must submit a refund request via email to billing@valuespace.ai with your account email and invoice reference.
- Valid Account in Good Standing: Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
2. How the Refund Is Calculated
Because our platform incurs real-time infrastructure costs for every AI-Assisted Conversation processed, we apply a pro-rata deduction for conversations already consumed.
Refund Formula:
Refund Amount = Plan Price − (Conversations Used × Per-Conversation Cost)
The per-conversation cost is calculated based on your plan's included conversation quota:
- Starter: Your plan price divided by 1,000 conversations
- Pro: Your plan price divided by 2,000 conversations
- Premium: Your plan price divided by 4,000 conversations
If the cost of conversations already consumed equals or exceeds your subscription price, no refund will be issued.
Example: If you purchased the Starter plan at €29/month and used 200 conversations, the deduction is 200 × (€29 ÷ 1,000) = €5.80. Your refund would be €29 − €5.80 = €23.20.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following are explicitly excluded from this guarantee:
- Subscription Renewals: The guarantee applies only to the initial subscription payment, not to any automatic renewals.
- Plan Upgrades & Changes: Switching between plans mid-cycle does not restart or extend the 14-day window.
- Conversation Add-On Packs: One-time add-on credit pack purchases are non-refundable as the credits are consumed immediately upon purchase.
- Annual Plan Renewals: If you subscribed annually and your 14-day window has passed, the standard cancellation policy applies — you retain access until the end of your billing cycle with no further charges.
- Accounts Terminated For Cause: No refund is issued if your account was terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or fraudulent activity.
- Free Plan: The Free plan has no associated charge and is therefore not subject to this policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email billing@valuespace.ai from the email address associated with your ValueSpace account.
- Include the subject line: "14-Day Refund Request"
- Provide your account email and your Stripe invoice number or payment reference (found in your billing confirmation email).
- Optionally, share any feedback on why the platform didn't meet your needs — this helps us improve.
We will process valid refund requests within 5–10 business days of verification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5. After a Refund Is Processed
- Your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval.
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, retaining access to Free plan features.
- All data, configurations, and conversation history remain accessible under your Free plan account.
- You remain eligible to resubscribe at any time, though the 14-day guarantee will not apply to future subscriptions.
6. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Refund Policy is supplementary to ValueSpace's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by Swiss law (Zurich, Switzerland). Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
