We offer simple, transparent pricing designed for businesses of all sizes.

Available Plans:

  • Free Plan: 200 conversations per month, essential AI assistant features, email support
  • Professional Plan: Custom plans for our customers on demand - Contact Us for details

Note: Professional plans are customized to meet your specific business needs. We work with you to create the perfect solution.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain confidential login credentials and enable 2FA
  • Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established based on your selected plan.

  • Free plan: No payment required
  • Professional plans: Custom pricing based on your specific needs and usage
  • Payments made via agreed methods (bank transfer, card, etc.)
  • Payment terms specified in your custom agreement
  • Cancellation terms discussed when setting up your professional plan

5. Acceptable Use Policy

We provide support on a best-effort basis. Service availability depends on various factors.

Support Response: We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Free plan inquiries are typically handled within 3-5 business days. Professional plan support receives priority handling.

8. AI Software Tool - Nature of Service

ValueSpace is an AI-powered software tool designed to assist, support, and facilitate customer interactions. The service operates on a best-effort basis to provide helpful automated customer support capabilities.

Service Characteristics:

  • Automated Technology: AI assistant generates responses in real-time based on your configuration and data
  • Best Effort Basis: Services provided without guarantees of specific outcomes or business results
  • Software Tool: You receive software technology, not professional advisory or consulting services
  • No Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice
  • Customer Disclosure: End customers are informed they are interacting with an AI assistant
  • No SLA or Uptime Guarantees: Service availability depends on various factors

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee increased sales, revenue, conversions, specific business outcomes, performance metrics, customer satisfaction improvements, accuracy or completeness of AI content, compliance with industry-specific regulations, or any specific results from using our service.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

AS-IS SERVICE: Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

  • No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • No Fitness Guarantee: No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • No Uptime Guarantee: No guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
  • No Results Guarantee: We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or achieve any specific results
  • AI Limitations: AI technology has inherent limitations and may produce unexpected or inappropriate responses
  • Third-Party Content: No responsibility for accuracy of data imported from third-party sources

Customer Obligations:

  • Configure the AI assistant appropriately for your business and compliance requirements
  • Provide accurate product data and business information for AI training
  • Monitor system performance and customer feedback regularly
  • Maintain appropriate oversight of the platform's operation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Ensure customers are informed they are communicating with AI (via our built-in disclosure)

11. Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ValueSpace's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be limited to the greater of:

  • (a) The total amount actually paid by you to ValueSpace in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; OR
  • (b) CHF 500 (Swiss Francs Five Hundred)

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ValueSpace BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill
  • Business interruption or loss of anticipated savings
  • Costs of procurement of substitute services
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content, recommendations, or suggestions
  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs without human review
  • Damages from third-party actions based on AI interactions
  • Reputational harm or customer dissatisfaction
  • Regulatory fines or penalties

This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if ValueSpace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AI-SPECIFIC LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

  • No Liability for AI Content: We are not liable for inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful AI-generated responses
  • No Liability for Business Decisions: Not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations
  • No Liability for Third-Party Claims: Not liable for claims from your customers arising from AI interactions
  • No Liability for Compliance: Not liable for violations of your industry-specific regulations

EXCEPTIONS:

These liability limitations do not apply to:

  • Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
  • Data breaches caused solely by negligent failure to implement reasonable security measures
  • Violations that cannot be limited under mandatory Swiss law
  • Personal injury or death caused by negligence

SOLE REMEDY:

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with ValueSpace is termination of your account and refund of any prepaid, unused fees on a pro-rata basis, subject to the liability caps above.

12. Termination and Suspension

  • By Customer: 30-day notice for monthly subscriptions, end-of-cycle for annual
  • By ValueSpace: Immediate termination for Terms violations, 30-day notice for non-payment
  • Post-Termination: 30-day data export period, secure data deletion

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: Swiss substantive law (Zurich, Switzerland)
  • Dispute resolution: Negotiation → Mediation → Swiss Rules of Arbitration
  • No class action or representative proceedings
